Is Styling really worth it?

The financial gains made when a property is professionally presented far outweigh the cost of Styling. You will know that you will have positioned your property above the competition and the increased number of inspections and interest will drive the price upward. Remember you only get once chance to create a great first impresssion!

How far ahead do I need to book?

Once the decision has been made to sell it is advisable to book a consultation as early as possible as the  Stylist may have suggestions re painting and repairs that may be required before the property is professionally styled. Also packages need to be secured at least 2 -3mweeks in advance of marketing in order to be delivered and styled in time for photographs.

Is it possible to use some of the existing furniture?

If preferred the stylist can incorporate some of the existing furniture in the styling and then add statement pieces, art work and accessories to give a "new look" to the home.

How long will it take to sell my property?

Professional styling will certainly shorten the time a property is on the market allowing the owners to move on and return their lives to normal.
