ART OF PROPERTY STYLING was created by Juliana Gowen, a successful real estate agent with over 20

years experience in selling residental real estate in Sydney.  On numerous occassions

Juliana was asked by her vendors, "What can we do to make our property more appealing?"

Understanding target markets and what motivates buyers , Juliana would make recommendations

to increase the attractiveness of the property. However, there often  remained limitations working with

existing furniture and decor.  So many properties needed a complete makeover in order to achieve the

right visual effect.  Where Juliana was invited to "do what she felt necessary", the resulting interest and

ultimate price achieved was amazing ! Having added formal qualifications in Colour and Design and a

Diploma in Interior Styling to her real estate portfolio, Juliana is now able to offer a unique service to her

clients.
